One pan chicken and potato bake

Following in the tradition of my cousin-in-law Bethany, I am posting a recipe. The funny thing is that I just e-mailed it to out to about 20 of my friends because I was so impressed with how easy and yummy it is. The first time I made it, I didn't have italian seasoning and had to use a different seasoning and it was still incredible. So experiment and have fun. Now, I'm off to house cleaning... yuck!

One-Pan Chicken and Potato Bake
A family favorite!

4 bone-in chicken pieces (1-1/2 lb.)
1-1/2 lb. potatoes (about 3 med. potatoes), cut into thin wedges
1/4 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
1/4 cup KRAFT 100% Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 tsp. Italian seasoning

PREHEAT oven to 400°F. Place chicken and potatoes in 13x9-inch baking dish.
TOP with dressing; sprinkle with cheese and Italian seasoning. Cover with foil.
BAKE 1 hour or until chicken is cooked through (180ºF), removing foil after 30 min. Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley, if desired.

I always double the ingredients for leftovers.
