Yesterday was a fun day! In the morning Shannon and I went and player Vera Bradley Bingo. In other words, we played bingo hoping that we would win Vera Bradley bags. We didn't win anything but we sure had a lot of fun trying. In the afternoon, we were invited to a friend's house to see our son and his friend Kent shoot off the rockets that they had made in 4-H this year. It was a beautiful day and the rocket launch went off beautifully. We then proceeded inside for cavatini, salad, garlic bread and cherry delight. Yum! After that we piled into 2 vans (5 adults, 2 teenage boys, 4 teenage girl and my 2 girls) and headed to one of the local Christian colleges where we saw the musical "Little Women". It was very well done and enjoyed by all (even our boys)! The song "Astonishing" and "Small Umbrella in the Rain" moved me to tears. What a great end to an awesome day!
