In some ways our vacation was random this year. We started out planning on going to Walt Disney World and then decided to add visiting Jim's cousin while we were in the area. Then Jim's foot wouldn't heal so things that involved a ton of walking were out...out went Disney. We looked through books and thought about SeaWorld but the day we were going to go, it rained. We made due though and still had a ball with everything we did...Cape Canaveral, GatorWorld, seeing the biggest cyprus tree in Florda, and the beach. We spent a lot more time with the cousins than we originally planned when we first scheduled our trip several months ago but I wouldn't trade it for the world. Except for funerals, we haven't really seen them for 6 years so it was fun catching up and it was enjoyable to watch our kids play with each other (do they call it that when their teenagers?). The kids Wii-ed, swam, and even let Regan mess with their faces. What fun! We even saw the strangest color in the sky while we were there. Definitely had to add a picture of that for posterity. We ended our trip to Florida with a trip to Cheesecake Factory to say thanks to Jim's cousing Dave and his family for hosting us for the week.
